Because of this, shipping may vary depending on the product — but we keep it transparent.

📦 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • supplier lead times
  • order volume

If there’s any delay, we’ll reach out — no guessing games.


🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Purolator

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size and weight
  • destination
  • selected service level

⚠️ Supplier & Split Shipments

Some products may ship:

  • directly from suppliers
  • separately from other items in your order

👉 This means your order may arrive in multiple packages.


⏱️ Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • carriers
  • weather conditions
  • customs clearance
  • remote delivery areas

👉 These factors are outside of our control.


📦 Large / Oversized Items

Certain items require special handling or freight shipping, including:

  • body kits
  • body panels (hoods, trunks, etc.)
  • transmissions
  • differentials & quick-change units
  • roll cages
  • oversized fabricated parts

👉 These may:

  • require custom shipping quotes
  • not qualify for standard or flat-rate shipping

💥 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is:

  • lost
  • damaged

We will assist with the claim process, but:
👉 final resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation.


🌎 Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

👉 Customers are responsible for:

  • duties
  • taxes
  • brokerage fees
  • import charges

These are not included in our pricing unless stated otherwise.


📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses
  • delivery issues caused by incomplete or wrong information

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be redirected or reshipped.


🔄 Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

If you need to make a change:
